1. Art drop-off dates are Monday, March 29 through Wednesday, March 31 between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. and Tuesday, March 30 until 9 p.m. at f-stop visual arts center, 335 Grove St NE. Online entry forms, payments and 2 copies of Gallery I.D. labels must be received by or before the final drop-off date. Please call f-stop visual arts center in advance to let us know how many pieces you plan to enter.
2. Art entry fee is $5 for up to 5 pieces and $5 for each additional piece. There is no entry fee for f-stop visual arts center members.
3. All artwork should be original and must be ready to hang. 2d artwork must be mounted or framed and ready to hang with wire or firmly fixed sawtooth hangers. 3D artwork must sit securely.
4. All media will be accepted, including digital art, photography, oil/acrylic, watercolor, pen and ink, pencil, pastel/charcoal, clay, wood, fiber arts, mixed media, fashion and toys.
5. This is a non-juried exhibit open to all; no cash or other awards will be provided. One all-access wristband to the Cherry City Music Festival will be available for each artist in the April Showers art show.
6. Artwork must remain on display until Friday, April 30. All artwork must be picked up by Saturday, October 3, noon to 4 p.m. or will be available later for pick up at f-stop visual art center.
7. Care will be taken to protect all artwork, however, the f-stop visual arts center is not liable for loss or damage to any artwork.
8. The f-stop visual arts center will retain 20% commission on all art sales.
9. Each artist is responsible for shipping and handling their own artwork.
10. The f-stop visual arts center reserves the right to use photographs of submitted artwork in promotional materials.
